ONLINE ORDER - NOT ARRIVED?

We aim to provide (where possible) a by return service. Most items are despatched within 48 hours (on working days) although some orders containing etched plates may take a few days longer (if we have to paint more stock).

Please be aware that once orders are posted, we are at the mercy of the mail service. We would kindly ask that you allow 21 working days for UK Inland mail and 6 weeks for any destinations outside the UK, before contacting us regarding late deliveries.

Please note that we have limited time and staff to answer e-mail enquiries, of which we receive a huge number. Should you need a quick response to your enquiry, we would advise that you call us on the telephone number below where a member of the Fox Team should be able to give you an immediate reply. If we are unable to answer your call, we kindly request that you do not leave a message but call back another time. Our ususal opening times are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm. Holiday times will vary.

BESPOKE ENQUIRY?

If you want to equire about our bespoke service, you can send us an email with your requirments. Ideally, send any images available to show us what you are looking for and also include dimensions, number of colours, quantities and any time frames you are working to. It would also help if you can include a telephone number so we can contact you easily and quickly for any additional information needed. We DO NOT share any personal information to third parties.
